Commercial alcohol advertising is strictly governed in India under state excise statutes and the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, with distinct rules across individual states. This web portal is restricted to consenting adults of legal age and verified B2B trade representatives.
Licensing & Production Authorizations
FSSAI licence number pending. Maharashtra excise registration pending. Label approvals and brand registrations are filed per jurisdiction prior to distribution. Absolutely no product is dispatched into prohibition states.
Export Compliance & Border Specifications
All export production lots feature bilingual back labels, mandatory allergen and sulphite disclosures, certified EU e-mark volumetric fills, and serialized lot codes. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) accompany every consignee shipment.
Blockchain Verification & Scope
Production passports are cryptographically anchored on Polygon PoS. Anchoring provides proof that a record has not been altered since publication; it does not substitute for agricultural authenticity, which rests upon named growers, open mills, and third-party laboratory accreditations.
Privacy & Consumer Tracking
Accessing a Gotta passport does not require registration, installation of third-party software, or wallet creation. We do not track consumer identities or monetize inspection telemetry.
